Mounjaro dose chart
Mounjaro has six doses. You begin on 2.5mg and move up 2.5mg at a time, never sooner than every four weeks. The chart gives the earliest week for each dose and today's first order price.

Maintenance doses and step doses
The licence names 5mg, 10mg and 15mg as maintenance doses. You can remain on any of them. The 7.5mg and 12.5mg pens exist to make each climb gentler.
A new pen for every dose
Each KwikPen is made for one strength. A 5mg pen gives four 5mg doses. To change dose you need a new pen and a new prescription, which makes each increase a natural moment to compare first order prices again.
Nobody has to climb the whole chart
Week 21 is the earliest anyone reaches 15mg. Plenty of people stop climbing sooner because a lower dose already works. A 10mg first order costs £31 less than 15mg today.
After a missed dose
The licence allows a late injection up to four days after the due day. Beyond four days, skip the dose and resume on your usual day. After several missed weeks, ask the prescriber before injecting, because restarting at a high dose raises the chance of sickness.

Stomach, thigh or the back of the upper arm. Rotate the site weekly to avoid sore patches.

How many weeks on each Mounjaro dose?
Four at minimum. Longer is fine if your prescriber agrees.
Can I go down a dose?
Yes. A prescriber can step you down if side effects are troublesome or the lower dose is enough.
Can one pen give different doses?
No. Each KwikPen delivers one fixed strength.
